About the trail

Connect Four links 4 Degrees to the start of Wētā and is clearly signposted along the way.  The grassy trail provides views of the valley.

The trail is mainly for mountain biking but walking is allowed. Walkers must give way to bikers.

Getting there 

Start at the Stratton Street entrance to Belmont Regional Park and set off on 4 Degrees. The entry to Connect Four is a short ride along 4 Degrees, about a third of the way along.

There are regular bus and train services to Lower Hutt and the surrounding area. Timetables are available from the Metlink website.
