Lead guitarist and backing vocalist of the rock band Queen, Brian May, playing guitar on stage.

The beloved rock anthem ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ turns 50 in 2025. To celebrate the anniversary of the British band Queen’s famous song, a tribute act is touring and stopping in Wellington. The Opera House will pulsate to ‘Queen: It's a Kinda Magic’. The show will celebrate the legacy of Queen and its frontman Freddy Mercury. Think big sound, big screens, crazy lighting, and outlandish costumes. This is a real rock experience.

Dominic Warren will take the lead performing lead vocals, guitar and piano. All songs are in Freddie’s original key. He’s also got the wit, charm, and bravado to pull off an homage to the ultimate rock vocalist. Get ready to mosh to ‘We Will Rock You,’ ‘We Are the Champions,’ ‘Radio Ga Ga,’ ‘I Want to Break Free,’ ‘Somebody to Love,’ ‘Don’t Stop Me Now,’ ‘Another One Bites the Dust,’ ‘A Kind of Magic,’ and of course, ‘Bohemian Rhapsody.’
