After a sold-out 2021 tour, British comedian and actor Ben Elton is back on the road with his new show, ‘Authentic Stupidity’. This time he isn’t preaching the usual doomsday fears over artificial intelligence. There is something far more conspicuous on his mind. Good old-fashioned authentic stupidity: the real threat to humanity. 

Ben Elton’s comedy first exploded onto television screens back in the 1980s when he was the BBC’s youngest-ever scriptwriter. He worked on cult classics like ‘Blackadder’, ‘Mr. Bean’, and countless other productions. He became a stand-up to showcase his own comedy and it’s been setting the standard ever since. 

He’s described as a cross-genre hit by The Guardian. Ben’s new show is a gag-filled, taboo-busting, tonsil-rattling comedy that gives modern life the grilling it deserves.
