Built in 1919, The Milk Station Ōtaki on the Kāpiti Coast has been thoughtfully restored and now serves as an elegant event venue.

The Paris Railway Station and the owner’s love of Italianate style inspired the restoration. Many of the property’s original features remain. These include exposed riveted steel beams, fine art from Europe, and four acres of stunning gardens.

A one-hour drive north of Wellington city, the venue includes a main reception area for 200 people. There’s also a cigar room, finishing kitchens, and five-star accommodation with 20 rooms.

A popular site for weddings, it offers both indoor and outdoor spaces for gatherings.
