The highly anticipated third studio album by Los Angeles-based band Wallows has spawned a world tour. ‘Model’ is both the name of the yet-to-be-released album and the tour. Wellington is one of 38 cities around the world lucky enough to score a visit from the popular band. Dylan Minnette, Braeden Lemasters, and Cole Preston form the trio. They have been best friends since the age of 11 when they met at LA music program Join the Band. They released their debut EP ‘Spring’ in 2017. In 2019 Wallows released their debut studio album ‘Nothing Happens’.
Drawing from a wide range of influences they fuse lo-fi post-punk and indie-folk to early 90s dance-pop psychedelia.
Their one-of-a-kind creative vision has won fans around the globe. They have headlined sold-out shows and performed at marquee festivals such as Coachella, Lollapalooza, Reading and Leeds.
