Tokomanawa Queens 2024 Tauihi Basketball Aotearoa competition

This season Wellington’s Tokomanawa Queens will be looking to reclaim the Tauihi Basketball Aotearoa title they won in 2022. 

The 2024 schedule features five teams from around the country. They’ll contest 30 games across a 10-round regular season. The top four will play in championship games on 22 December. 

The 2024 competition will feature a greater influx of overseas talent. The Queens will welcome in superstar talent from the United States, Argentina, and Australia to play alongside homegrown legends like captain Stella Beck. 

The Rapid League returns for its second season and will again highlight the developing talent across the nation. These are shorter games that tip off an hour before every TBA game. They feature roster players outside the starting five. 

The Queens are scheduled to play on their home turf at Te Rauparaha Arena in Porirua and also at TSB Arena in Wellington.
