The All Blacks aim to extend their winning streak against Argentina in the 2024 Lipovitan-D Rugby Championship, set for 10 August at Wellington’s Sky Stadium.
The men in black decisively defeated their formidable South American opponents 44-6 in the 2023 Rugby World Cup semi-final in Paris and secured a 41-12 victory in their pre-World Cup match in Mendoza.
Known as Los Pumas, the passionate Argentinian team is determined to overturn past defeats. However, with the All Blacks’ winning test record of over 75% against them and the advantage of playing on home soil before loyal Wellington fans, it’s a formidable challenge.
The Wellington test against Argentina marks the beginning of the Lipovitan-D Rugby Championship. The series spans five matches, including games in Auckland, South Africa, and Japan. Under the guidance of new head coach Scott Robertson, the All Blacks are poised to further their impressive legacy.
Don’t miss your chance to be part of the action and experience the All Blacks live in Wellington.
Metlink public transport throughout game day is included in the ticket price. Rugby fans in the capital can travel to and from Sky Stadium by simply showing their event ticket as they board the bus or train. Plan ahead and arrive early to the stadium.
