Lane Street Studios offers a 10-acre private, secure site with 6,300 square metres (67,800 square feet) of production and workshop spaces. The site has two purpose-built sound stages, covering 4,666 square metres (50,309 square feet), and 1,753 square metres (18,744 square feet) of B stages.

The studios offer modern, flexible, and functional spaces in a beautiful park-like setting. With diverse shooting locations nearby. There is access to 18,580 square metres (200,000 square feet) of extra spaces for backlot, storage, and car parking. A wide range of ancillary production support businesses are also in the area.

• Two brand-new and purpose-built sound stages (50,309sqft/4,666sqm) including:

• A screening room featuring 25 seats with a Christie CP4415 Laser Projector and a QSC Q-SYS Audio system, 7.1 surround sound and extra projector port glass.
• More than 19,000sqft / 1,800sqm of furnished office space, which includes a digital suite for VFX, editing, data wrangling or any digital work that requires a dark space.
• B Stages or workshops (18,744sqft / 1,741sqm) including:

  • brand new Spraybooth

• A costume and props workshop and camera store featuring ample storage, a camera testing station, and a lens chart.
• Laundry facilities include dryers, washing machines, and dye vats with extraction.
• Open plan costume department with sewing machines, overlockers, vacuum bed, ironing boards, irons, mannequins, and a fusing press. There’s ample storage for fabric and garment racks. A separate fitting room is next to the costume department.
• Makeup features two washing stations, compressed air, a domestic washer and dryer, and 12 stations with lights and benches.
