Pikarere Farm is an iconic sheep and beef station overlooking Tītahi Bay in Porirua. It’s a 30-minute drive from Wellington and is close to Transmission Gully, the motorway north of the city.

The property has five kilometres of coastline. On a clear day, it offers spectacular views of Mana and Kapiti Islands, and the top of .

The family that purchased the farm in 1950 worked hard to improve its water quality and regenerate the gully’s dense native forest. The area now boasts popular walking tracks. Pikarere Forest and Pikarere Beach are nearby.

The land is a known shooting location for feature films, a mini-series, and car advertisements.
