Wharewaka Function Centre

Located on Wellington’s waterfront, the Wharewaka Function Centre is a purpose-built function space ideal for hosting conferences, events, meetings, dinners and functions.

Managed by Wellington Functions and located a two-minute walk from Tākina Wellington Convention & Exhibition Centre and Te Papa, the venue offers four contemporary spaces catering for up to 500 guests. This venue provides both indoor-outdoor flow on the ground floor and stunning views on the first.

The Karaka Café is also available for private hire over the quieter autumn and winter seasons. Full onsite food and beverage operators mean they can offer a great experience, underpinned by cultural values.
