Opening hours

For any ticketed events, the box office opens 60 minutes before the event start time. At the box office you can buy tickets, arrange ticket collection, and resolve any ticketing issues.

Accessibility

Wheelchair access

  • Shed 6 has wheelchair access to the ground floor.
  • Accessible seat locations differ for each event because the venue is multipurpose.
  • For event-specific seats, you can visit the event page on the Ticketmaster website or contact Venues Wellington.
  • Wheelchairs are available at the venue but require you to give advanced notice so they can ensure they are on-site during the event.
  • There are ramps available inside the venue.

Visually impaired

  • Guide dogs are welcome at Shed 6.
  • Some shows may offer audio-described performances and touch tours.
  • If you need additional assistance at the venue, you can ask their friendly staff, who are trained to help.

Hearing impaired

The venue does not have an audio loop or sign language-interpreted performances.

  • Wilson car park at Queens Wharf located under Shed 6 has mobility parking spaces available.
  • There is a drop-off zone close to the entrance, accessible from Jervois Quay.
  • There are Metlink bus stops in the area.
