Positively Wellington Tourism Image Guidelines
Positively Wellington Tourism's library of images is available for the sole purpose of promoting Wellington as a visitor destination.
Travel trade, media, tourism operators, organisers of conferences and conventions held in Wellington may use the images in publications and/or print materials and on internet websites that promote Welliington as a visitor desination. Other related promotional groups will be able to use the images on a case-by-case basis.
The images on this website are for use in marketing and promoting Wellington as a visitor destination. Your rights to these images are non-exclusive and non-transferable.
Terms of use
The images on this website are protected under copyright and other laws of New Zealand and under international conventions and similar laws abroad. Unless otherwise stated, copyright, licensing rights and other intellectual property rights for the images, are owned or controlled by Positively Wellington Tourism or its licensors. These images may not be altered or modified in any way.
Acknowledgement
All images used must be clearly identified as being of Wellington. They must be accompanied by the caption "WellingtonNZ.com" unless specifically waived by Positively Wellington Tourism. Incorrect labelling and/or failure to acknowledge that an image is of Wellington will be view as a breach of these terms and conditions.
Users must supply samples of published images to Positlvely Wellington Tourism.
Positively Wellington Tourism does not give any warranty or other assurance as to the images appearing on this website, its accurancy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Positively Wellington Tourism disclaims all responsibility for any damages or losses (including, and without limitation, financial loss, damages or loss of business, loss of profits, or savings, direct or indirect or consequential losses) arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise from the use of, or inability to use the images or from any action or decision taken as a result of using these images.
Positively Wellington Tourism must give approval each time the user wishes to use any of the images contained on this website, if the image is required for on an ongoing basis, please contact Positively Wellington Tourism to discuss.
