Park Road Post Production
Park Road Post Production is a film and television post-production facility in Miramar, Wellington.
Founded in 2015, POW Studios has a team of skilled audio, picture, and production professionals. They have worked on international productions like ‘Lord of the Rings’ and ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’, as well as local favourites ‘Footrot Flats’, ‘Boy’, and ‘What We Do in the Shadows’. The team has received nominations for awards like the Golden Reel Awards, Academy Awards, and New Zealand Film Awards.
POW Studios has its headquarters in the city, just a 10-minute drive from the airport. They also have an off-site Foley Studio with a dedicated team for creating custom sound effects. Both studios have ADR recording capabilities to support any project’s unique needs.
POW Studios advocates for diversity and inclusion in post-production. It collaborates with international clients on big projects while supporting the local screen and arts industries. It also helps emerging local talent.
