- To enter simply fill in the competition form at www.WellingtonNZ.com/australia
- Each email address is entitled to one entry
- All entrants, including the people selected by the winning entrant to participate, must be over the age of 18 and be Australian citizens living in Australia
- Staff and immediate families of Positively Wellington Tourism and 42 Below are not eligible to enter
- Entries must be received by midnight Friday 12 December 2008. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the competition
- The winner will be announced on Wednesday 17 December 2008 via email
- Travel must be taken before 30 June 2009 and is subject to availability
- Flights are for 4 economy return tickets via Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Gold Coast to Wellington only with Air New Zealand. You will need to get to and from that airport yourself at your own cost
- The flights are non-redeemable for cash and tickets are non transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed)
- Travel is on confirmed space but is still subject to seat availability at the time of booking
- All travel documents are the responsibility of the winners. Travel insurance is strongly recommended
- Changes to flight details once booked will incur a $40 change fee per guest per change

- Accommodation is on a twin share basis at the Museum Hotel. Personal expenses and incidentals such as room service, telephone calls, mini-bar and laundry, are strictly at the winner's expense and not included in the prize
- Transfers, meals and all other incidental costs are not included
- The Positively Wellington Tourism and their agents are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the promotion or accepting or using the prize
- The winner and the winner's mates consent to Positively Wellington Tourism using their name, likeness, image and voice (including film, photographs and recordings) in any media for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing this promotion (including the outcome of this promotion), and promoting Positively Wellington Tourism generally, without compensation to the winner or the winner's mates
- Positively Wellington Tourism reserves the right to use the competition answers from all entrants in any promotional materials
- The judges’ decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into
