Receptionist
The Receptionist plays a vital role in establishing the first impression of Positively Wellington Tourism. They must have exceptional people skills.
This role offers varied office administration work including filing and office management. You may be called on to assist in other areas of the organisation. This role is vital to both the public profile and the smooth operation of the organisation.
The successful applicant will be a positive, self-motivated individual with a strong drive to see Wellington become the most popular visitor destination in New Zealand. This is the ideal job for someone who is organised, loves dealing with people and is keen to work in the tourism industry.
You will have:
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office products
- a passion for Wellington city and region
Previous experience in an administrative role is a pre-requisite.
